What is a loafing barn?

basically a building that is totally open on one end BUT still has a roof. Animals come and go as they please to get out of the sun or wind, OR bad weather.

I suspect the Yaks like to play hide and seek OR lets scare the poo out of any human who walks in on us.

depends on if your in city limits or not and also if its connected to Southwest Water or not and if it has power to it, OH and if the county will take care of the access road or not. 96 ave is NOT plowed so once its snowed in we have to take 48 st 2 miles further east before trying to head into town

Most farmer will NOT sell that little land. Old homestead go from about 20k to skys the limit. I think I paid 110 k for Twisted Acres with all the buildings most in NOT good condition and fencing was chit, Weeds in some spots 9 ft tall or better.
