I may have to butcher some of these cochin roos if I can't sell them off. I think I got 3/4 roos and 1/4 pullets that hatched.yep and I just refuse to get the mutant CornishX breed, So it would be heritage roos.

Can you set up a piped system with nipples for them?well they are in about 2/3 of acre run and there's always layer and oats for them to eat, it the watering part where the "ball gets dropped"

You're not in any position to free range them with the lack of supervision or you might be able to cut back on feed. Too bad.

I am sure it ends up a lot cheaper ordering just pullets. I usually order chicks too, but since I bought those polish and Jubilee orps I figure I had better cool it.that's the reason I don't incubate my own chicks, Heck I even have an incubator here. complete with egg turner for chickens and quail eggs.
