Ohhhhhhhhh, I may have found a solution to my dilemna! (5 cockerels/1 pullet) Saw a sign that said 'Fresh eggs, $2 @ dozen" so I headed up the drive to ask some questions. Older lady answered the door, and told me her son was the one that raised the chickens for eggs and would be home from work around 5 - 5:30 ish and to return then. Hopefully he can help me find someone to take the 3 excess cockerels off my hands, and sell me some pullets... I hope, I hope, I hope. Maybe he'll know of local swap meets as well!

Our weather is so hot, it needs to rain to cool us off. Sigh, still waiting for my friend. I may have to leave without her. I think she thought I was leaving at noon, but I was supposed to be there at noon. I asked the lady for a 1:00 pick up now, she is good with that. It's hot waiting in my truck, even in the shade.

I havent carried a purse in 30 yrs. I do have a wallet but I mostly give that to Tom to ut in his pocket when he is w/ me.

Speaking of which: Did his wallet or any of the contents ever get returned?

It had a white mark on it's head, probably where you thought it was bald.

All the Eastern Cottontail rabbits here have that same white "blaze".

I only keep FB active to poke people in the eyes with truth, or find local groups that might help me.
