Granny's gone and done it again

thats great news. Camping used to raise those. white anywhere even the nails stops them from being a show bird if your interested in that. mulberry combs do too.
Which ever version you want to tell. LOL

Mine were Svart Hona. Mulberry was allowed.

Well, for me at this point 'HENS ARE HENS ARE HENS' I'm not into show boids so no worries there, and if they are truly Ayams, then they won't be over producing. Still checking into other breeds with black combs. I'm not sure he knows what he has, but my BSL can add some size and weight to offspring if I wanna eat some.

Ok, Stole some pics from his FB ad.. and from what I can tell.. they are
Kadaknath or some type of cross breed. Unless someone else has a better eye than I do and knows right off the bat..

Danged, I'm glowing again.. Had to take the critter kennel out to the coop to let them get used to it. They were all over it before I finished what I had to do.. Put new stronger hinges on the old door/gate, and raise it up a bit at the same time. Shovel dirt out from where it swings in so I could get in and out better with the cage/wheel barrow and pitchforks full of grass/weeds/you name it.. Then put the small wooden slats on the ramp so they wouldn't slide down like a water slide and bust their rumps at the bottom. I don't have a ramp to the hen house since they like flying up to the roost and walking in that way. BBL with some pics.
