I didnt know there were exercises for that. I wonder if they would benefit Tom? His is from BP drops.Yes but last night was bad. I Did some of those vertigo exercises to help and it made it very bad. It did say they might do that.
Yeah, I know what they are. Eating blood worms makes them omnivores in my opinion .Bloodworm (Chironomid Midge Larva)

If Im reading right (probably not) it says blood worms are consumed by herbivors ?Yeah, I know what they are. Eating blood worms makes them omnivores in my opinion .
