Kale, huh? I keep a bag of frozen kale in the freezer to add to rice in the rice pot.. Could I thaw some of that out and give it to my kids" Don't know as they would eat it.. They prefer I go out and weed eat then rake up all the weeds and stuff. New pile in the coops today,, dig dig, scratch scratch..

Frozen kale? Frozen fresh? Chopped, or what? I don't buy kale because we don't use enough of it for it not to go bad.

Frozen kale? Frozen fresh? Chopped, or what? I don't buy kale because we don't use enough of it for it not to go bad.

I buy a big bag of fresh chopped kale and stick it in the freezer.. then add as needed to rice.. Good with soy sauce on top!
