DH asked me this morning how long we have to wait to eat a muscovy.

I've never tasted duck... or goose.... or quail.... I need to sooo bad

). Was at the feed store yesterday, and 3 empty cages said "male muscovies- $16" so at least there is a market for them here.

See that's why I'm not too worried about getting straight run muscovies. Our General superintendent loooves duck. We were freaking out our receptionist/general goddess of admin-ness with our talk. "How could you kill something you raised?!?" I also made the mistake of showing her some of campings videos.

Must say right now. Props to our yard foreman. Giggling over absolute silliness.

Howdy! So you eat dinner around 3? Or does dinner mean something different in the midwest? My mom always had dinner on the table by 5:30 at the latest. I'm lucky if we eat before 7 most nights.

its the only meal of the day here. snacks for the rest. i try to shoot for 2-3 but have been known to eat at noon. LOL

Camping, news just showed that tornadoes caused damage in New Orleans. None in your area, I hope!

we have breakfast, lunch , dinner, then supper. supper should be around 7pm. I dont see how people can eat 4 meals a day. I am very lucky to eat one then a snack at supper time.
