I am not "from" MO, I just happen to reside here now and for the last 10 years. I am FROM Colorado and NM. I am still a furriner in these parts, but it's growing on me!

We aren't native either. We escaped the Peoples Republic of IL 11 years ago. Became permanent residents in about 2012 and retired here in 14. We loved IL, Loved the people and the geography but we just couldn't afford to retire there and got tired of the bad politics running the state. I was born and raised there. DH wasn't. We adopted Missouri and never looked back. We love it here.
