Nope it's actually my marans who are the jerks. My rocks can be kinda mean too. (Had one of my rock hens have her way with Sam....oh my.)

I had a hen like sparkles... My baby. Her name was Alice. I keep telling my sister to send me pictures of the chickens but I have yet to get one of Alice.

Yeah sparkles is the one hen that no matter what...she'll be sticking around. If I had to have her as a house chicken...she would be a house chicken.

She's got such personality and spunk.

I haven't left this house in a couple of weeks. I'm gonna try hard to get out and maybe browse the goodwill at some point today. I was just thinking about how unhealthy that is. Now the question is do I take the kids or not!!! Lol I might not have a choice.

I went to potty and started to sit down, I had to step over pup and I hurt my ankle . It felt like it might have ripped a little. Hope it was scar tissue and not my tendon. CB just went in my bathroom and said something is hissing in there .

This is the last picture she sent. There are a few of my original nine but mostly the babies I had hatched for her.. That are now all grown.

She knows. Her nephew, Stephen... I call him my chicken boy has taken a liking to her so she ends up in his chicken yard a lot. Lol
