Granny's gone and done it again

And one of my Tolbunts about a month old died. Just treated her for mites. So tomorrow that whole brooder will need to be cleaned , sprayed and all the young birds treated. I am really tired of mites!

Was it mites? Do you see them.?

you know that wont happen til you get the chicks in the house. How many you have ?

2 boxes full of chicks under 6 weeks

Chicks are in the house, in my bathroom with the door closed , in their boxes they will keep each other warm.

The power can come on any time now....

I did light a few candles in candle holders with glass and metal around them. Just a couple, the kids were scared. My son actually came upstairs to warn me , the power was off.

And the power site says the power is estimated to be on by 6:30 am. At least the chicks are warm. Incubator wrapped. All I can do. Good night all.
