Granny's gone and done it again

how many ?
Not sure, depends on when it was . I also had Lhasa Apsos and the Belgian sheepdogs. They all used to follow me around the house. I think I had around a dozen dogs. Shortly after that we built a kennel on the ocean, away from town.

Actually I got smart last time. I got one for The Kid. I am getting too old and decrepit to house-train, groom, exercise, groom, train and groom a Sheltie. And did I mention, groom?
Scooter is my first, and definitely LAST long haired dog.

Shelties are so pretty. I thought that from a very young age, which is why I stuck my finger through the fence and got bit by one! He drew blood. Three of them lived in a house where we waited for the school bus. I knew better, but just didn't think such a cute little dog would bite. All our dogs were huge. Learned my lesson.

The shelty I had was much smaller then Blues. About half that size. Crazy as the day is long.
We had a very tiny one, she used to spin in circles. Quite nutty. One of my favorites was Captain Kirk. I got his championship in Canada. Dog just loved to show.

The day My Nancy came I told Tom I needed my sheets washed so what does he do? Takes his sheets and blankets off the bed and starts washing them. I told Nancy what he did and she went and took the sheets off my bed and very politely moved his out of the way and washed mine. LOL

I would rather groom a Sheltie than a German Shepherd. The Shepherd sheds 24/7 . The Shelties would blow coat a time or 2 each year. I would just comb it out.
Would you put that in writing and send it to Gracie, please? 😆

This is Sammy. He was a lunatic spinner when we got him last year. He has calmed down considerably! He is way sm!ller than Gracie. His feet are TINY compared to hers, and his coat is half as dense. Just different breeding.
