I think you just have to decide which way to go. If you do keto/low carb you cannot cheat at all.. the good news is the have sugar now that doesn’t raise your glucose. Plus lots of good recipes using almond flour or coconut flour. But you have to bake.

They have Keto bread at Costco! Going to try to use it for stuffing for Thanksgiving.
