Oh, that's a tough one. No amount of wisdom could help you with that question. You aren't too old to have babies... And honestly other people's kids just aren't the same... The love is different... If you do have a child, you just find ways to make do and they don't live with you forever... If you feel it's not for you, I completely understand. That's truly a personal decision. Maybe keep looking since this house is causing you stress already.

Lol no it's not this house that's causing the stress.

I dunno. I'm also getting the grumps with hubs. Sometimes I feel like I'm minding the house all by my onsies. I'm the one making sure bill's get paid (despite his best efforts...sigh - granted he is the breadwinner but), cleaning house doing laundry...now the things that are his domain...ive asked his help taking out the trash the past week (cause I had a good coop cleaning in the chicken garbage and ya a bit too heavy for me to heave into the dumpster now) and the house trash is now overflowing..."oh but I have to take some car garbage out too" (then he gets distracted by playstation or playing with offroadvo. My car the oil has needed changing for a couple weeks now. "Oh well I forgot to get oil" then it was "oh I need to take it to the shop it'll be easier to do it there"

I'm not sure how much it costs to do it at the dealership but I am THISCLOSE to just getting it done there.

The wife's car is never the priority. Frustrating. (Especially when it's something as simple as an oil change.)

He's also poking me wanting to get a better paying job. Oh have you been looking for legal work?

He doesn't quite seem to comprehend that even with my experience, a lot of places don't want to hire someone without a batchelor's degree. Bloody hades I've seen reception jobs where they want a batchelors it's insane!

Yes I should probably talk to my current bosses seriously about a raise - since I've been hired my responsibilities have gone up drastically, my hours have increased...but you know what. I need that one day a week I have right now for me. Let's me get the grocery shopping and errands done, let's me decompress...

Wow. That's a rant.

Tl:dr - pro_star is whiny lol

You need to rant!!!! It's better than holding it inside and then explode and end up with a rolling pin in your hand!!!

Hopefully you just have some tomboy pullets!

DDs boys act like they hate each other. 6 yr. old went to school and told his teacher his brother was a bully and they needed to do something with him. Told me he wants to take them to a new family and did I want them .. DD says HE is the bully. He breaks, throws smashes his brothers things.
Sounds like Lord of the Flies. It's what happens when the adult doesn't act like an adult.

With that personality, she needs 2 names! Wonder if she is trying to fill the rooster position in the flock.

I went to potty and started to sit down, I had to step over pup and I hurt my ankle . It felt like it might have ripped a little. Hope it was scar tissue and not my tendon. CB just went in my bathroom and said something is hissing in there .
Oh no. How is it feeling now? And what the heck was hissing? Got a possum in your bath?

Quote: Linda said it best. It will feel different with your own kid. Although sometimes you make it sound as if you are married to a kid. Is he ready? Big life changes, like buying a house or contemplating children, will make you reevaluate your life. I think you are feeling that... kind of like a midlife crisis, only you are young and have more time.
