I’ve never been good at keeping the water safe (for some reason idk???) in a large tank. I wonder if it would be best if I bought the “premixed” fresh water for tanks?

that could get expensive . Water changes once a week and scrub down the sides and clean the filter.

Maybe that’s what I was doing wrong. I was told water changes once a month... Once a week sounds a lot better. I don’t mind the extra maintenance.
