Granny's gone and done it again

I ended up not able to sleep until 5 am this morning. So, I napped off and on all day. Day was pretty good except for one thing. Freaking quail scalped one of their hatchmates because she was the only white one. Had to make a pen for her, so that she can heal. Poor baby.

They are incredibly tough birds.

I was burned out when I went to work with my husband in his office as office manager office nurse. He kept apologizing to me for all the stress. I just looked at him and laughed my head off. I told him I didn't have DON's yelling at me, families swearing at me over the phone because the laundry lost their grandma's socks for the 5th time. I didn't have two admissions waiting for my attention. Nobody had died and I hadn't had to give CPR to anybody in 6 months! It was my dream job come true!

I have arthritis through my whole body. 3 different kinds. Collapsed bones, pinched nerves , I even have some dead nerves. No feeling there at all.
