Granny's gone and done it again

I knew that about quail eggs because they told us at the picnic. Then we all got try raw eggs.
surprised you didnt slip them in your pocket to take home and hatch. I probably would have.

If I remember correctly, my Dad was 78 and his bride was 82 when they married. It was my Dad's 2nd marriage, and she had been widowed. She made him the happiest I had ever seen him. They had at least 10 wonderful years together before she died. He was devastated but lived a couple of years beyond her. Love can happen at any age!

Well, I didn't mean to. It started out, I was taking care of him and another guy, an amputee. And I found myself attracted to this guy. I prayed about it and it seemed God was telling me He wanted us to be together. I said, There's nothing in it for me, Lord, I got no future with this guy, he's dying. And God said, Nobody has a future. They only think they do. So when he asked me to move in with him I said yes, and when he asked me to marry him I said yes again. And I don't regret it. Because ... well, he was a Vietnam vet, and he needed someone to show him the way back to love and hope and the Lord, and it was my honor and privilege that God used me to do that.
Beautiful!
