Guy is here installing new water softener. Old one went toes up a couple weeks ago. Can't understand why, it was ONLY 24 years old, lol! Can't wait to have good-tasting water and a clean coffee pot again.

Wow! I hope the new one lasts as long as the old one! I hate it when old things break. I feel like they're made better and last longer in general.

Thanks, me too! Well water, full of minerals, is really hard on the appliances.

We have hard well water too. I have a reverse osmosis water filter for our drinking water but the hard water is terrible on everything else.

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that Granny! What's hurting?
I'm have a dumb day, it's actually my 3rd or 4th dumb day this week, lol. My Husband felt bad and made me coffee and french toast for breakfast though, so that was nice.
