It's in most regular multivitamains, they have it as a supplement by itself, and there is that Zycam stuff (spray or lozenges) that will reduce the viral load in your throat. I take that anytime I feel a sore throat coming on. Hubs too. Keeps you from getting whatever it is really bad.
