Maybe you are having little mico-naps. That happens to me all the time when I'm on the computer. I could have sworn my eyes were only closed for a second!

I have done that often. Close my eyes, or look at something, and can lose time. What makes it worse, is on the computer, I can lose the whole day. It is hyper focusing on things. Even if they are thoughts in your own mind.

I made divinity once and it came out so good then next time it flopped. Mom said you cant make that if there is any humidity in the air. I never tried again.

I have burned up many a hand mixer trying to make that stuff, I gave up, way to expensive if you go through 2 or 3 mixers a batch.
