SO the PO is at it again.2 of the 3 packages I mailed on Monday are evidently STILL stilling in Bismarck, ND (about 100 miles east of here)

Yes we have barn cats out at the farm. "traveling" males from the neighbors come to "visit" the girls. And then one old yellow male that Robert lets in his house. BUT I am not over run with cats.

And being eaten is part of the circle of life. IMHO

ya after they die ! Not starving to death . sick w/ eye infections or being 5 weeks old left out in the cold and cant hear a thing. We both want the same thing Im sure.

Has anybody here ever pressure canned chicken? Will a whole chicken fit in a quart jar? Do you can bones and all? Do you start with a raw chicken?

2 more nice days here before cloudy and cold and potential drizzle. Then Mon-Tues we might be getting the high winds like Pro is getting. Possible power outages her as well because of high fire danger. Really hoping we get that drizzle.
Spending today and tomorrow coop cleaning and doing laundry. Wheeee....so much excitement!
