Ah I see. That isn’t good .. this guy is trying to catch cops abusing their power. He calls himself a cop watcher.
Maybe you don’t have to give the cops your ID but I would not do it.

I refused to give a cop my ID once. Tom was driving and they pulled us over for no reason. He wouldnt gie us a reason.. Tom was shaking. He was afraid. Guy asked for my ID and I asked him why? I said Im not driving , you dont need my id. He said he did and I said I dont have it. he said you mean to tell me you travel w/ no ID? What if you were in a wreck and taken to the hospital, how would they ID you ? I said, why did you pull us over ? He didnt say anything so I said if you dont have a legit reason then I dont have an ID. Good day sir. He just turned around and left.

I bet them quail eggs would make cute deviled eggs.

They do, and they are a better finger food than traditional deviled eggs, as each piece is exactly a bite.

It's hard because the whites are thin and fragile. Hard to keep them from ripping. Serama eggs are the same way.

it isn't so much the egg whites being fragile, it's the fact the membrane under the shell is a bit tough, as it is as thick as the egg shell.
