Night @Corbdee and welcome to Granny's place.

I'm about ready to start inventing new swear words to describe mother nature. Two days of it being in the high 50s,then today the wind kicks in again to high 40mph gusts and the temp drops. Think it's going into the teens tonight.

I know it's winter but this is silly.

Never mind. I'm grumpy tonight. Woke up this morning in a lot of pain from my shoulder. Think I have an impinged nerve from my neck. It hurt so bad that I was in tears. I took pain meds, ice packs. It finally eased up by 8 but has been bothering me all day.

I wish this weather would decide what to do here. This morning it was in the 50s by 10 AM. Then around 2 the temp started to drop and the wind kicked up again. It's 22 now and the wind is still howling.

My poor chickens don't know what to do, lay, molt, mate, crow, fight or forget it and sit on the roost bars and use me for target practice with a well aimed lump o' poo.
