Are you using NSAIDS? Have you tried positioning? Sometimes lying on my back and putting my foot higher than my shoulders helps with my foot pain.

For me, when the ice and heat don't help I turn to the Voltaren and Solonpas with Lidocaine but any lidocaine can help.

Have you tried soaking your feet in hot water with epsom salt in it? That helps me a lot as does soaking in a tub of hot water with a cup or two of epsom salt dissolved in it.

10 years ago I had Lyme disease and started to feel like I lived in our bath tub. It was the only thing that relieved the pain from the Hirxheimer effect caused by the antibiotics killing the Lyme buggies. I had lots of foot pain with that and the soaks really helped with the pain especially with the pain I had in the balls of my feet.
