What would i need to buy to make something like this..
Normal king size quilts are 90 x 106   I want one that is 100 x 130 or 90 x 130ish.. I want it longer on the sides.

There are quilting calculators online! I'll see if I can find one.

I mean do I just buy enough of the fabric i want as the top...
then what goes in the middle...
then the back could be the same as the top fabric or just a plain color right?

Buy enough for the inches you want. Most fabric is 45" wide, so you'll have a seam. Add in your seam allowance in your calculations. Batting goes in the middle. Lots of different kinds! You could use an old blanket, too. The back is whatever you want! You could use a different coordinating pattern and make it reversible, or just have plain fabric.

I am raising a hoodlum. I was making sausage and biscuits . You wany some CB? yup 3 of them. then he sees me cooking and says, what are you doing ? Im making the sausage. OHH I dont like that kind ! What kind do you like ? He says ,, the kind that you make in the microwave. LOL I said, taste. He ate 4.

He mumbled something. I said what? He giggled and we sat down to eat. He looks at Tom and said, I hear the turkey found his Tom. (giggles) Tom said what? CB ignores him. I look at CB and say, tell GP what you said to me. He says, I said kiss my ask ! only he didnt use the word ask. Then he is laughing so hard he cant breath I sent him from the table.

Im glad she is in a room. is it ICU ? They must of tubed her . that will hurt for a couple days. When you talk to her again will you tell her I love her ?
