Just get an air purifier. That is what I did. My bed is in the Living room.

The first photo is a store pic of my breeding cage (which I have to clean tonight) and the other is an actual cage being used.

I started out building my own, then bought those cages from www.WynolaRanch.com. Much easier on their feet, and my back.

Mine are in my "bedroom" in my apartment.

Those prices aren't bad at all either!

Quail can be kept outside too. As long as they have a way to get out of the weather. Like a box of some sort.

I budget my money, as I am on a fixed income. I buy only what I have budget for.

Realistically I would need to house mine outside as well but I do tend to go over the top as far as my critters and their comfort. lol

Some put their cages in what ever type of shed they can find.
