I probably wont try that again. It was good except for the asparagus but it sure wasnt Janes .Next time try that, but cook in a frying pan on the stove. Aspargus doesn't take as long to cook as carrots. I think you might have ODed it.
Steamed or drop in boiling water for a mins is best. Pull it out and then add your butter mix in a pan until tender.
