That is exactly why I got Granny that light. When dark and gloomy, I turn all my bright lights on.

My husband has seasonal affective disorder but he HATES the overhead light on. He says it's too bright. He's a cave troll. lol

Don't have many "ceiling" lights, but do have a table lamp that has three choices of brightness.

We have an art room that has lights as bright as the darn sun. That's where I go to take pictures of stuff when it's overcast outside. lol
