I may as well tell y'all, I am coughing a bit now too, and my temp is 100.0. Normal for me is 96.8. I did a little digging and it seems that in about 3% of people, conjunctivitis (pinkeye) can also be a symptom. I had to dig out an old asthma inhaler I have not used in years. I'll probably call the hospital tomorrow sometime unless i feel significantly better. I'll try to keep y'all posted. I'm hoping this is just a sinus infection but .... better safe than.... well. You know.

Verna is probably in pain. I cant imagine getting my ear drum numbed up much less shoving a freaking tube in it.

The tube is tiny. Like .... bigger around than a pencil lead, but MUCH smaller than an eraser!

Oh heavens NO! I was wondering if maybe you could find some fresh ones for sale near you and see if they'd hatch. I know someone who got Trader Joe's fertile eggs and hatched some chicks. Proprietary breed! He had some excellent layers from that hatch!
