No Granny, I was hanging a gate. And raking leaves. I still want to plant seed in that area. In fact, I need to go lock up the loose birds for the night. BblHey Cap, did you finish your chores for today ?
sorry for your loss.I put up a gate between the two goat areas so I can plant in the smaller area without them eating the seed as I plant. Collected some rocks, and some sticks.
My roosters I added to the bigger group got all beat up. And one wedged itself in between the wall and the water warmer , I think it couldn't breathe well there and died. Roosters are a pain in my BUTT!
I keep them in a plastic storage tote with air holes in it. Along with pine shaving substrate, paper egg cartons, moistened cotton balls for water, fish flakes for everyday food, and sometimes fruit and veggies. Only in small amounts, otherwise fresh produce rots and makes the smell 1000x worse.Huff, how do you store your crickets?
do they stink?I keep them in a plastic storage tote with air holes in it. Only in small amounts, otherwise fresh produce rots and makes the smell 1000x worse.
Only if I have them for more than a week at a time. The pine shavings help mask up the smell.do they stink?
