How was your day? I read that it is Rarely possible for nerite snails to hatch in fresh water but the larva wont survive .

SO that Vet in apt 34 called again today water under the sink so got the water shut off to the 4 apts and evidently my "helper" tweaked something he either shoundn't have OR it got tweaked doing all the other conections. Semi=quick fix.

Then got the new flat screen programed and up and running the the room the drug beotych destroyed.

Dealt with another drunk most of the day.

Then Apt 29 says her toilet is leaking as she is finding "blue" colored water on the floor. Turns out what ever brand of tidy bowl she was using did NOT like the seals attaching the tank to the bowl. I kid you not at up the rubber seals. Trip to Menard's , thinking about just renting a place there to live, given the amount of time and money I spend there. Had to cut the bolts off attaching the tank to bowl. Got everything fixed and up and running, OH and my fingers are FRICKING BLUE looks like I had my way with Smurfette.

AND BACK to 34, I told him that any more when I hear his voice I cringe. He mentioned something about a surgery and that "they" were mailing grab bars for the bathtub area. NO WAY IN HELL I think were my exact words. I am not got to try and find studs thru cement board and ceramic tile. I also said look everything in this apartment was working great UNTIL I had to make Housing Authority "happy" I am done /finished/no MAS.

maybe throw some salt in that tank and see what happens ???
