Either is acceptable. I always tend to use an E because we had a governor here named Grey Davis, with an E. Looking back at my Crayolas, they used A

LOL Robert came out to fix food. Just as he always does. That boy aint gonna go hungry. He is in his room now as is Tom. Tom went to his room at 4;30 while they were here for the night. Very rude if you ask me .

I have heard a lot of !@#$$ about spectrum. Hope you get it straightened out soon.
