Found out the culprit. It was oly girl. Mom threw out a bunch of deli meat.

The hospital closed years ago.  I met a woman who's GM was locked away in there for no reason. she thought her dead . She got to meet her just before she passed and wrote a book about it. 

They closed our state hospital in Stockton also. I think there are many spirits still there.
