well , put a new shut off valve and pipe on the water supply line to that toilet, and then took the tank off the bowl and ""re"did it the way I thought it should be done instead of "following' the instructions. SO far no leaks/drips.

I have water working in those 4 rooms BUT leaving the heater up in the attic until next week. I think today is supposed to be the warmest day all week and we got up to 1* above BUT with windchill was -22*

One of my idiot renters took his toilet seat off and lost the nuts , claimed the seat was to shot. I almost smacked him. Showed him that the seat matched the bowl and re-bolted it one.

Then had another IDIOT try to burn the motel down. Thank God the guy across the hall was home/ He called about the smoke detector going off, I get in the apartment and its grey with smoke. He or according to him a "friend" decided to move the bedroom closet doors to rest against the heat register, and then WEDGE them in place with the sofa. Then some how a plastic bag managed to fall on the register as well. YEP bag melted to register and one of the closet doors was smoldering . WORDS and not express my feelings and I didn't hold back to much when I talked to him.

Oh and I think Beth is going to have her pups sometime tonight.

LOTS of panting and restless and going in circles sot of like she is/was trying to make a bed. Also lots of licking/washing various parts of herself and my hand, the carpet, the side of the desk. Currently she is dozing with her head on my feet.

Since they are long term renters, can you have them get renters insurance? Might actually be cheaper for them in the long run since they end up having to pay for replacements all the time.

Good morning all. I have the house to myself for the first time covid started! Both boys working now and hubs had to go in to work today too.

Granny, I'm hoping that you are having a good sleep in rather than the power being off or something equally inconvenient... seeing as how you haven't been on since last night.

Tiny roo that lost a spur is doing much better. Little limp still, but better.
And the prolapsed hen is no longer prolapsed. It's been 2 days now! I have never heard of this happening, so hope it stays where it belongs.

howdy all, I slept til 11;30 felt good.
The Penske truck that brings food parked at the top of the driveway and carried that box of food all the way down our drive. (unsung heros) I know that box is heavy.
