They can still nurse pups , my Yorkie did that after a C section.well she doesn't seem to be having "real/hard" contractions. Still just the 2 pups.
Maybe be a trip to the vet and a c-section. Not sure how that works for Beth nursing and taking care of the pups then.
Cost me $1000 for doggie ER and c section.yep that's what they do here. And just the emergency visit is $150.00 to get in the door. They are how ever willing to do it anytime night /day or dead of night.

Don't have to, but I did with Twinkle because she had such a bad time of it.I THINK they recommend a hysterectomy after a C section Twist. Not sure though
