Verna, I Hopefully have some fish coming in tomorrow that has been in the mail for a solid week tomorrow. Im trying to hold out hope for them. I hope they go into a hibernation mode .

Yes, it might be. They are not set up for how cold it is. News said the windmill generators have frozen and failed among other things.

I seen a video of a van sliding sideways down a hill there.
