when I poured it on the pork and cooked it in the over it gets the top of the meat all crispy like...

NO not at all...it's kinda on the sweet side.
Don't pay attention to the name..it really throws you off...the name that is.

I just did. LOL red peppers, plums, garlic ..

red peppers is listed last...
or close to it which means there is only 7 maybe 8 pepper flakes in the whole bottle...I promise it is not at all spicy

Its sweet...
but goes so good with pork

all I did to my meat was add salt to it! then i cut up on pace of celery...as lot of garlic and spinach and added the munster cheese in the middle..
then poured half the bottle over the top.

It mostly ran down the sides of the meat and into the bottom of the pan....
we then use it to "dip a bite of meat into"
It doesn't over power the meat..it just gives a new taste to it...
something different...But NOT spicy!
