Who's eating what tonight? I only ask so I can brag. Tonight I made a chicken pot pie in a casserole dish from scratch with a puff pastry top crust. GirlChild is actually coming home tonight after work to have some. She is bringing her gal pal.

Wow, you did great. I was suppose to cook pork chops, baked sweet tater, and maybe green beans, but instead I ordered out.

Hi Blue. I'm hanging in. Spent the afternoon with my sister which was good for both of us. Too easy to go full blown hermit these days. We took her dog for a long walk. Triple win!

And often it is more than one traumatic experiences. I didn't know I had it, until after the multiple concussion that put it over the edge where I could not control it anymore,
