What a night. I laid in bed trying to sleep til 5 AM and finally gave up. LOL I came out here to my chair and finally fell asleep around 6:30 woke up at 10.

Morning, all... or good afternoon as the case may be. Oh heck, G'day, mates! So, guys, I have about an hour before I start my brisket and I need to make a decision. Should I bake my brisket, or boil it??? What say you all? I put a dry rub on it yesterday. I can go either way. If I boil it I can do it in "beer." Okay not beer. But I do have apple juice and cola, close enough.
