I can't find my Candy corn rooster. He was in a new coop but I figured with all those hens , he would hang around. Hoping he will show up tomorrow .

Didn't he disappear once before? What is he, a traveling salesman?

I called the gun repair Nancy gave me and he said he would be happy to take a look at it for Robert. No charge to look.

Not today. Yesterday I fried some chicken breasts after brining them in seasoned buttermilk. That makes them nice and tender and juicy! I have not done fried chicken before. I tried it before and it came out tough and stringy. This was good. I still need to work on the breading though. But my guys loved it. I now have a fridge full of food again. But tomorrow is trash day. I will cook Wednesday.

Mmm.. I miss moms fried chicken. I have never tried it. I know she dipped it in milk, then flour then egg then flour again.After it was fried he poured that Alfredo sauce over it. mashed taters and creamed corn. DROOL
