Put light on chickens yesterday. Got 2 eggs today. First in 10 days. Light didn t make them lay that quick surely. Caught roo eating on my cabbage plant. Only thing left of him is a pile of black feathers.

Im an idiot . LOL I wrapped them in paper towel . one looked past ready to hatch and I will give it extra moisture and maybe an air pip and the other looks a bit murky. almost sure I seem movement. CB too.

No, the dog did- Bella. Also dispatched a young roo that kept getting back in pen. Finally figured out how he was getting in.
It started raining early.
Hubs stayed home sick. He's not really sick, just worn out. Slept until after noon. We are going to run some errands and eventually pick up #2. Hope everyone is having a good day. Ming is cold. She keeps trying to sit on me. Little pill.

glad he got to sleep in. I was almost asleep and tom brought my meds and roused me and Now I am waiting on the bator. half scared to move . I can just imagine a rotted egg.
Ive got 2 more roos that need to go the same way next week. My swiss chard is so pretty with orange red yellow & purple stems
Don't snufficate those lil eggies!
