Still trying to get used to the time change. Feels like only 9:00 still! But the clock says it's 10!

Well I only went once so far snd it seemed to help. I was supposed to go again tomorrow but had to cancel. Have to get Sammy in to the vet. But after this I go 3x/week for 4 weeks!

They wont let me go to PT unless I do the cardiac T first. Thats a long ride so I turned it down.
