No stigma here, I take ADDERALL for my narcolepsy but I don’t believe it helps any more. I have taken it too long. Medication must be from a MD. Since she is a minor her parents will have to facilitate that.Hugs blue. It’s the truth....seriously. People wear glasses to see. Asthma meds when they can’t breathe. Insulin when you’re diabetic. Viagra when they can’t get up. Why is there such a shame and stigma on the Ritalin/Zoloft/etc? (We’ll ignore the fact that Ritalin can be over prescribed - but so can any medication)
Depending on the state and the level of minor - I think one can seek their own medical intervention without parental consent. Something to discuss with your doctor.Since we are not medical doctors and she is minor her parents will have to do the pharmaceutical route. I was just trying to offer advice that was within my expertise.
