Was the grass very high or mostly just stubble?

mostly stubble fields and then the neighbor grazed his pasture pretty far down Other then the creek beds

the tallish grass in my ditch was because there wasn't enough to cut for hay last year.

we have had our spring melt, if you can call it that , My creek is almost dry as are most rancher's stock ponds and dugouts. No snow to speak of at all last winter and Somewhere between 7 and 11 inches short on moisture last year. Which doesn't sound like much UNTIL you know our average precip for a year is about 16 inches.

YEP but not any where near any of the county commissioner's homes. The rotten SOB's . I hate the mills with a passion. Thankfully the closest to my place is about 7 or 8 miles to the west.
They froze up during the bad freeze we had. I can only imagine what they do up there. Unless they're weather proofed.

No wonder no one sleeps around here. They sleep all day.
Still no stimulus here. Bummer.
I have been looking at fish tank decor. I dont like anything I see. I want to redo my 40 gal. but whats the point when it all sucks? Speaking of, the 75 gallon that was on the porch is gone. Roberts worker took it to a client of his. Just need to burn the stand. Maybe I will get my porch back.
