I have some. Tom has it though. I have been doing heat . Probably need ice.

How far away is she? I used to love going over to my grandparents house. Before I was in high school they had moved away. To Las Vegas of all the unlikely places. Grandpa wanted to be near his last remaining sibling. (There were 9 in all.) The brother's wife was really mean, and he passed away in 2 years, but took a long time for G'ma & G'pa to move back near us. They should have just gone for visits and stayed living here.

Like an ace bandage. Stretchy, but not sticky. It might help while you are sleeping. Just don't get it too tight.
