Do you have any nut trees Wishing? I have wanted some for a very long time. This chestnut is about 6 inches tall. I will probably loose it and mow it down. It was $6.00

No, just acorns from the oaks. Lot of critters eat them. Even the chickens if they can get one open.

I told them it wasnt healthy for them to be breathing that It was super strong. They said they tried bleach down the hole.

I have never seen a squirrel in my yard here. Nothing for them to eat Im guessing. I hope by planting nuts I will get different birds here.

As my cake cooled it kind of fell in the middle. It's really moist and dense. I'll frost it after dinner.

I use a tube pan for hummingbird cake because its so dense and wet. The tube in the middle helps bake the center without overbaking the sides
