I will eat American cheese, colby jack, and SOMETIMES pepper jack

gouda depending on if its hard or soft. will not eat hard cheese.

and my mom used to tell us that goat cheese was toe fungus (so we wouldn't eat her food), we believed her and now I won't eat goat cheese.
