nope BUT Vicki brought her epsome salts over might give that a whirl after I lock up.

Worth a shot. But I think of epsom salts for pulling out infection. Witch hazel for reducing inflammation.

had to cut branches and hauled a pickup load of branches to the city dump. mowed the back yard twice and then got all the blvds done.

had to call a sign company and "all her guys were out of town" then the WITCH calls back about 7:30 (i was still mowing) her guy's won't be back like she told me they would and she did drive by and look at the sign , "you should get some on over there immediately. REALLY beetch this late at night."

CAN"T have chit to get done and honestly the forcing it into my regular shoe and walking on it seems to cause the swelling to go down.

But may cut off circulation, causing it to flare and throb when you take the shoe off. Don't listen to me, I'm not a doctor.
