It’s a Mexican squash. They put it in soups. Takes up the flavor of what it is cooked in. Very low carbs. Some people use it to make a mock apple pie.

I was trying to see when it might have been made. Nothing made in Taiwan is very old. Those are the people who wanted democracy and got out of China before it went communist, early 1900's. The Chinese still claim Taiwan as part of China. They are laying claim to a lot of land. Not good.
