Hmm. Zofran, according to google, is taken half an hour to an hour prior to surgery, chemotherapy or radiation therapy to help prevent nausea and vomiting associated with those events. Did the dr prescribe it for nausea related to your meds?

How old is he? You should wait to neuter if you want to compete in dog sports. They are finding out it is much healthier for the dog.
