Started raining at 6 am, granny, no gardening today

Morning all, 6 hrs sleep.
Twist, I called pharmacy, they said shot is past due . Its just by a few days though. We shall see I guess. My iron is low, my D is low and B12 is low. I take pills/shot for all of that.

Do you go to town to take the shot or do they send it to you for you to self-administer?

Robert gives it to me. I was doing it myself but I hit a nerve in my arm so he does it in my hip now.
